Hello!
If your PCM total is 74.6%, then I am sorry you can't apply foe jee. However, if it's not, i would suggest you to calculate your PCM percentage. If it's more than 75% then you can apply.
Other than that, if you are in top 20% of your board, then you are eligible for jee mains counseling.
Hello Subi.If you are asking whether you can apply for Jee by getting 74.6% in 12th board exam then I must say that there are no required percentage for apllying for Jee Mains Exam .Yes you can apply for the exam. But to get admission in any of the NITs or IITs or even CFTIs you need to have 75% aggregate and even 75% individually in Physics Chemistry and Maths. The percentage is reduced to 65% if you are from SC/ST category. So you can apply for the exam but wont be able to get admission in any of the IITs or NITs or CFTIs.
The minimum requirement to appear in jee fir general category is 75 percent and 65 for other category
For admissions to NITs/ IIITs/ GFTIs: Candidates need to have secured a minimum 75% marks in class XII or equivalent exam or be in the top 20 percentile in their class XII exam conducted by the respective board. For SC/ ST candidates, the eligibility criteria are to secure 65% marks in class XII or equivalent exam.
