You got more than 95 percentile in JEE mains which you have good chance of getting NITs college but for your desired college score more than 98 percentile in April session .

Every year the cutoff changes depending upon the difficulty level of question paper, number of candidates appearing in the examination etcetra.
You have not mentioned your home state so it's difficult to predict the cutoff because cutoff is different for home state students and other state candidates.
