i had got 96 percentage in intermediate+2 and 76 percentile in jee mains did i have chance to get cse department seat in sastra university?

If you belong to general category then unfortunately you chanches are bit low for your preferred branch in the specific college mentioned above. I would suggest if you are a fresher kindly take a drop and give the exam again and try to score a percentile of around 85 for this college and for NITs and other top college try to score 99.5+ percentile.
