I had just completed my 10 what should I study to become police
Hi Bharath,
I appreciate you for your dream of becoming a public service officer. Coming to your question the minimum criteria to become a police officer is that you should have a bachelor degree from any recognized college.so after 10th you can join any course which provides you with a bachelor degree. After achieving the degree you have to appear for the UPSC exam to become an IPS officer.
In case if you want to join the police department as a constable then passing the 12th is the only criteria . You need not appear for UPSC.
Hope this will be helpful for you.
Thank you.

There is one more exam spsc ( state level) ,here you can become level B officer and get promoted to become IPS also. This is for becoming SP or ACP basically.
So now focus on your 11 and 12 get a bachelor's degree and prepare for these exams. Still you are very young but determined so it is a plus point for you . Go ahead
