actually there is not fixed criteria that how mych your website should be but for more chznces of approval in first time , you website should be  atleast 3- 4 months old .

you must ne above 18 years old and  the email account you want to linked with adsense is currenty should not be linked to adsense to monetize your website

for more chances of approval , your site should have atleast 25 - 30 good and briefy blogs that meet the criteria of google adsense.

more website  traffic will help you more faster to get your site monetized

on the niche you are writing , write good quality and not very small blogs
