I had mentioned my name below the photograph but not in full capital letters .Will it cause any problem?

You haven't mentioned the name of the exam in your query. If you are enquiring about NEET UG 2021 application form you can indicate your name in capital letters, you will not face any problem as long as the name is correct as per the records. You also need to indicate the date of photograph taken. It should be taken on or after January 1, 2021. There should be 80% face coverage in the photograph with no cap. Ears must be visible. Goggles are not allowed but spectacles are allowed if they are used on a regular basis. The background of the photograph must be white.
