i had mistakenly filled wrong date of birth in mhtcet application form will be there any issue while taking admission or any other alternative??

Your birth date will be counter matched at the time of admission process. You need to get the error rectified as soon as possible as it won't match with your certificate. You can either contact the authorities with their official helpline mail or fill a new one with another mail ID and phone number.
