Firstly tell your percentile if your percentile is near 70%there is no chance to get admission in any govt college like NIT or Gfit At these percentile your general rank will be upto near 4lakh and at this rank you will not be able to get admission in govt college but i will give you a suggestion to get admission in best state government college of India if you given the paper of JEE mains and secured rank upto 5lakh and 12th percentage is good then you can take admission in any govt college by state counselling hope you understand for more details please feel free to contact me Lalit Solanki 7895545761

According to JEE eligiblity norms , you can attempt for JEE Mains total 3 times and Jee Advance two time counting from the year you gave your class 12th boards. So according to your query it doesnt matter if you cleared you JEE Mains in one attempt or not but you gave it in 2018 and 2019 , you can again attempt for JEE Mains in 2020 but you are not eligible for JEE Advance in that year, you were last eligible for JEE advance in 2019 only.

According to the Jee Mains and Advance rules, you can appear for advance a maximum of two times and mains for a maximum of three times. You have already appeared for mains three times, hence you are not eligible for a third try. And so, you are also not eligible for Jee Advance in 2020.
