Hey Ab,
You should contact the JEE advanced office ( the institute conducting the JEE advanced examination this year ) through Email and contact number provided to you. You should also share your problem with them. I think that you will be allowed to give the examination and you will get seat from general category if you failed to produce the certificate at the counselling process.

Koi call receive ni kar raha..na hi mail ka reply..ab main kya karu..kaise fill karu jee advanced ka form...plz kuch help kro meri..warna mera xam chhut jayega
You should call them during office hours. and at last you will be given the chance to take the seat from general category.
