I had not filled IPU MEDICAL APPLICATION FORM. Was it necessary to avail Delhi 85 % State quota Councelling in neet 2018 ?

You can only available 85%quota only if u belong to Delhi or u have done it schooling from delhi.and also u have to fill the form if u want to take part in 15% counseling thru neet ug and are of outside Delhi.
