I had one academic year gap during graduation period also had many backlogs, but I cleared all backlogs. I took 4 yers to complete BSC. Am I eligible for SSC CGL ??

Yes! If you have successfully completed your graduation and you have the eligible age limit (Minimum age - 18 years, Maximum age - 32 years).
