Yeah you can join to 2nd year of B tech but I cannot tell exactly the fees of the college the fees will change with respective to different colleges standards so please comment the particular college name I can help you

Yeah I can tell you the fees for civil engineering for lateral entry of 3 years is around 2,50,000/- and also further any help in enquiry feel free to ask
