GREETINGS,

hope your exam went well and you get what you worked for

your board marks and neet marks clear the cutoff and hence you are elegible for a medical seat, but you will not get a government seat and can try for private if you are willing to spend that amount

if you are determined to get into a medical colleges you can take a drop year and prepare accordingly, but you must very sure that you will be able to handle the stress and isolation while all your friends will be off to college having the time of their life,it is a very difficult thing to go through and you must have an undenying passion for medical to tale this step

another step you must take is if you want to prepare for neet from home or join a coaching

if you are preparing from home the following link might help

if are not really sure,i would cosider these marks as a blessing in disguise and go after you passion whatever your heart desires

make sure you consult you parents and weigh your odds

if you are intrested ,in studying  medical abroad you can apply for colleges in countries like, georgia, ukraine, and china the educaton is affordable than most private colleges in india ,but it again comes with its pros and cons.
if you still want to pursue medical, drop year might be the best option

use the following link to predict your rank
