hi,

see code 5 is for bsc first year students and code 6 is for who have already passed b.sc course. so you should choose code 3 as it states that the candidate should pass 10+2 course from a recognized indian board of education with pcm as main subject and has passed theoretical and   practicals exam on pcm, and you should have english is a subject on 10+2 course. make sure you fulfill the eligibility marks criteria for neet which is 50% aggregate in 10+2  in pcm for general category, for sc/st/obc-40%, pwd-45%
