- You should Passed 10+2 by the State Board; Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE, New Delhi), The Council for Indian School Certificate Examination -ISCE, New Delhi.

- You should have secured 60% marks in Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics taken together in 10+2 or equivalent exam. There is relaxation of marks for reserved categories.

BITSAT-

- You should have passed class 12 or equivalent examination (from any state or central board of school education.)

-  You should have secured at least 75% aggregate marks in the qualifying examination with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics.

- Apart from the 75% aggregate marks, you should have scored 60% marks separately in each of the three subjects.

KCET-

- You should have cleared/passed their Class 12 exam or equivalent with Mathematics and Physics as compulsory subjects.

- You must have studied English as one of the languages.

- You should have domicile certificate in order to apply.
