Sorry but you need biology as one of the main subject to be eligible for physiotherapy right. Because by taking maths you cannot interpret human body for that biology is good.
The Bachelor in Physiotherapy Course eligibility is that the you should have passed your 12th with 50% marks in the science stream. You must have physics, chemistry, and biology as their compulsory subjects. The admissions are done based on a merit list or entrance exam.
one thing you can do that is you can study biology from open school and then apply for the admission.

To become a regular physiotherapist or to be employed as a specialist in a hospital or clinic, one must have a BPT Bachelor of Physiotherapy.
The basic qualification for physiotherapy courses is 10 + 2 or equivalent tests in physics, chemistry, biology and English. At least 50% of the marks should be obtained for each of these subjects. The age limit for candidates is 17 years.
These courses are designed to provide students with a basic understanding of the human body, based on medical science, training in understanding medical procedures, and related skills training. The content of the study includes anatomy, physiology, pathology, pharmacology, psychology, medical and surgical conditions, biomechanics, kinesiology, disability prevention, rehabilitation and other studies. A large part of the academic work is inherent in nature including the study period in which students work under the professional supervision of various hospitals and institutions.
In conclusion, you need PCB classes in 12th grade.
