I had PCMB in 12th and completed B.voc in fisheries 3 year graduate with zoology ,botany as compulsary subject combination can i able to fillup MFSc fisheries??

You are eligible for Masters of fisheries Science or MFSc course provided that you have scored at least 50- 60 % marks in your bachelor's degree.
