Hi sandeep ,
I regret to inform you that with such a low score its difficult for you to get admission into any iits .
As iits are one of the most sought after college in feild of engineering so they have high cutoffs for the candidates to get admission.
Even considering your sc category rank you cannot get admission as in iits the closing rank for sc category student for lower branches get ends up at maximum 2k to 3k .
