Hello,

First of all it is very important for you to understand that the time table and strategies that are addressed don't work for everyone. They will definitely help you, but won't assure you guaranteed success.

----SO it is imperative that you make a time table as per your convenience.

----- Maximise your study time. Make it such that your daily Target is achieved at the end of the day, even if it takes more than your alloted time for study.

---- Also it won't matter if you study 5 hours or you study 10 hours. A dedicated and effective study for even 5 hours will prove more fruitful than 10 hours of study without concentration.

---- Take 10-15 minutes break after every 1 and half hour of study. Take a walk in this break and drink water to revitalize yourself.

---- Try to minimise the time you waste on unnecessary stuff such as using phone and watching TV.

Dear student,

  • In order to study 7 to 8 hours, it's better to start with smaller time periods as in you should create a proper timetable.
  • First of all pick up a time when you will be sleeping and when to wake up this will give you a basic idea as to how much time you have in a day besides the regular sleep cycle so after this write down how much time you have in a day.
  • Now decide whether you will wake up early morning to study or study at night. Now you know when to study, so when you wake up freshen up and take a small study session of 1 hr , this will boost your confidence to study more take 15 min break , walk around and then sit to study for another 2 hrs in one go , so 3 hrs get completed till now.
  • Now take 1 hr break .
  • Gradually sit again and now sit for another 2 hrs, again take break but now for 2 hrs may be .
  • And then study for another 2 hrs in the end of the day, this is how your 7 hours of study time will get completed, you may adjust 2 hrs as 3 hrs and study for even 9 to 10 hours. But do remember that taking care of health is equally important.
  • For NDA preparation, get an idea of basic syllabus first of all and get the necessary study material, reference books and start studying. Download previous year sample papers and give lots of mock tests.

Hope this helps......
