I had registered and went through 1st round of Maharashtra state counceling for MBBS, then for 2 nd round do i have to register again???

No, you do not need to register again for round 2 maharshtra state neet counselling. You can go for upgradation, if you have alloted any seats in first round by chooseing the appropriate options. to know more, visit here:
