Hello Aspirant,
Stray Vacancy is that special round of counseling conducted by state colleges to fill seats left vacant or remaining unfilled still after a mop-up round of MCC or state counseling. The stray round is sort of like the final attempt to get a desired seat and it is something completely based on luck. There will not be a specific cutoff for this round , it will usually be lower cutoffs , hence for this marks you can definitely try . But more than marks you should first make sure whether you are eligible to participate in this round. Candidates who already joined the allotted seat in the 2nd round of the AIQ counselling , or the mop-up rounds are not allowed to participate in the stray vacancy round. There is no need to register separately for this round. The number of vacant seats in the colleges you are applying in ,the number of applicants, your rank and your category will decide your possibilities. So basically it is difficult to predict whether you will get a seat or not but it is a decent score , hence you need to wait till the official vacancy lists are released by the respective colleges , so visit their official websites and keep checking for the updates.
All the best
