I had scored 558. Please suggest me with which field I should go - BDS ,BAMS, homeopath or with MBBS in private medical Colleges.

Choosing which field to go into, is completely upon you and your choice and field of interest.
At this score, yes there are chances that you might get into a government medical college, under the state Quota list in the second round, if you hold a domicile.
