greetings shakti,

5 lakh rank in jee is not satisfactory to get admission in top colleges for general category.

however, you may get admission in few of the colleges:

1. colleges affliated to MDU

2. colleges affiliated to UP tecnical university

3. jaypee university

4. colleges affiliated to HPTU

5. amity university

6. gautam budh university, greater noida

7. UPES, dehradun

you may get admission in other universities through management quota.

Hello Shakti

There are almost nill hopes for you to get admission in any government college through JEE MAINS.

Because if you are a general candidate, then you need a rank at least near 100k to get admission in a good college.

As far as the current scenario is concerned, try going for a good pvt college like Amity, Sharda, Galgotia or any state engineering entrance exams so that your chances of getting a good engineering college will increase.
