Whether or not you will get a govt college or not it will depend completely on your home state(if you are from general category since you have not mentioned any category and state) and you category and how much is the marks vs rank fallout this year, if you are from general category then there are more chances of you getting a govt college from your state quota , though it will depend and change from state to state, through AIQ from general category it would be tough, also you can mention your state in comment i provide the stats for that.

Dear candidate, Colleges is totally depend on the marks you got and the rank. Different states have their own criteria for seats to allote. Under state quota the 85 percent reservation for state students and under all india quota the 15 seats for the other state students.
