I had secured 60.62% marks in my overall 3 years avg percentage in my CU graduation marks. Is there any chance so that I can be selected in CU merit list for masters?

It depends on the inflation in the marking scheme. So with a marks of 60.62% , you will get a admission or not depends on the number of heads getting that marks.
In Calcutta University although marks are not hyped due to the paper checking pattern. But as the final semester have been conducted from home made so there can be inflation in marks.
From every years perspective you would have a higher probability than this year.
