As per the official website and past experience, Kirorimal college does not requires your language paper in some of the course like that of Chemistry. It is purely college specific requirement and thus you need not to worry about best of 4. There are some science courses like Physics and Chemistry where Kirorimal college only requires marks of PCM. While there are also courses where some other subjects are compulsory like Maths for B.Statistics.
