i had submitted the cet form for pcm i also want to fill the form for pcb so what can i do

You can apply with different registeration for the CET exam under physics, chemistry and biology. You can apply with same process as you have done for Physics, chemistry and maths. So you can apply for that with new registration number , from the existing registrations you will not be able to do that.
