There is no limit on maximum attempts and from 2019 students can appear for neet twice year.Hencee you can definitely appear again and get back documents from your alloted college of BHMS for re admission onto other colleges.So prepare yourself very well for next neet exam ,all the best.

Yes you can reappear in NEET for getting good college for MBBS while already studying your BAMS 1st year from a medical college.
But as according to the bond that you have singed with the college while admission you have to pay the fine if you leave the course in between to get admitted in any other college.

It is completely your decision of what you should study and make your career in. If you are really into doing MBBS you may withdraw from BHMS and prepare whole heartedly with atmost concentration and dedication and appear for NEET next year. You will surely obtain a seat then. If you dont get a seat even then , you can take up BHMS and study in that field of medicine. Be clear and ask yourself on what do you want to do in your life because you are going to follow this particular decision for your whole life.

Yes, you can reappear in NEET UG if you have two or less attempts in NEET UG. By the way BHMS is a very very good college for MBBS so, i think you should concentrate on your studies as it takes a long time to complete a medical course.
