Better prefer Isms over PIbm because of placements and foreign immersion program plus the accreditations that they hold.

Have a look at their fee structure before joining at their college. If that's not feasible then you can go on for PIBM.

I suggest you to go for PIBM. It is a good place for learning and achieving your dream. The infrastructure is not so good but still the quality of teaching is far better than other 2nd grade MBA colleges. The placements are quite impressive.
