There are many people who excel at two sections in CAT and score less in one (mostly unintentionally and/or because of time management issues) and nonetheless such aspirants end up in top colleges since there overall CAT percentile is decent. So I would suggest you not to give up hope and prepare well and give CAT a shot.
Now coming back to your background, since your qualification add to the diversity factor you will have those points which will compensate the lack of maths skills. Now about the colleges, you can refer to the Career360 ranking and choose among them but I would you to make a list of around 10 colleges which are categorized as your best-case scenario colleges, realistic scenario college and backup colleges. I hope this answer helps you.

Other than the colleges you mentioned there are other reputated private colleges like SP Jain, Narsee Monjee which conducts its own exam NMAT, Symbiosis with SNAP exam, IIFT exam getting you into Indian Institute of foreign trade college.
Also there are other exams like MAT, CET, CMAT which can get you into good private state colleges.
If you are interested in doing MBA from foreign or from ISB Hyderabad which is one of the best B-school of India then you can give GMAT exam.
See Maths is an essential part for pursuing MBA degree not only during selection but also after during studies and Job. You don't need to worry right now but start working on your basics and you can catch up with other students soon as in MBA you need to have a strong grip on basics only no need of advanced Maths.
All the best for your preparations and exams!!
