I hav got vit phase 1 counselling. If in phase 1 the cse seats of category 1 get over thn wil i get cse seat of cat 2 immediately?

Hi,
Look category can't be changed. Under which category you are, you will allotted seat under the category. If the seat under that category is over, then it's over.
