As a Candidate belonging to OBC Category, the documents that you need for NEET during Document Verification are:
- 8 passport size photographs
- 10th marks sheet
- 12th marks sheet
- Valid Id proof
- NEET 2020 admit card
- NEET 2020 Rank card
- Provisional Allottment Letter
- OBC Category Certificate
- Domicile Certificate if applicable
- PWD Certificate if applicable
The Caste certificate is generally hvalid for life. But if you fall under OBC-NCL then the validity of OBC-NCL is 1 year and if it has expired, you need to renew it.
