I hav passed 12 from haryana but my obc certificate is of up,will I get nit in haryana under obc and home state.

Hello student,
As you have mentioned that you have passed your 12th from Haryana but you have your OBC certificate of UP. Then you can only get OBC reservation for UP and not for Haryana.
