I have 104 marks and have 1503 rank in cee . Can I get cse or ece in Jorhat or AEC

Unfortunately you won't be getting Assam Engineering College (AEC) as its expected cutoff marks is 130 but yes you can try for Jorhat Engineering College (JEC) as its expected cutoff is around 105. Don't worry these are not the actual cutoff, these are expected cutoffs there may be some variation.
