Hey Vandana,
The cut off rank for general category students last year for the M.Sc biotechnology was 80 and for OBC students it was 51. The cut off doesn't change drastically, and it remains around this only, every year. So, with general rank of 367 you are unlikely to get Admission, but perhaps hope for the best.
