First of all you have to qualify NEET if you intend to pursue MBBS even abroad, and with 134 marks and belonging to general category you haven't qualified NEET, as per this year cut-off marks against respective categories as follows-
- General/Unreserved :720-138 (corresponding to 50 percentile)
- SC/ST/OBC: 137-108(corresponding to 40 percentile)
- UR-PH:137-122(corresponding to 45 percentile)
- SC/ST/OBC-PH: 121-108(corresponding to 45 percentile)
you need to attain at least 138 marks to qualify NEET which you haven't,
