I have 135 where can I get into MBBS ? Even in management quota also. I m General in central but OBC in Gujarat State. I LIVE IN GUJARAT.

Sorry to say that but you won't be able to get a seat in government medical college.But don't lose hope. With the score you can get a seat in private medical college under management quota.
However, nothing can be said with absolute certainty until the counselling procedure begin. Please wait patiently for the counselling procedures to begin.

Based upon your score in NEET 2018, and the previous year cutoff, chances are less for admission to Government Medical Colleges under All India Quota and state quota. You may have chances in Deemed Universities management quota.
