Its very few of them who get the College through counselling rounds 3 so better get into what you are getting right now.

Right now I have been Given Sri guru tegh bahadur college in round 1 ... But I am hoping for better!! Do you think it's possible to get a better one or should I freeze my seat in Sri guru tegh?!!
