I have 196 rank what are my chances of getting pesit MBA?

There are high chances that you will get PESIT as your rank is well above the quoted cut-off by college. So I would suggest you to initiate preparation for the various round organised i.e GD/PI.
And if you have taken another entrance exam then it's a good way of keeping a back up plan ready in hand. To know more about other exams details you can ask questions on this site for better clarity and detailed information.
