Sahil, it doesn't really count whether you have passed with the help of grace marks or you have passed on merit. What matters is you should have passed in all subjects in your 12th and have secured a minimum aggregate of 50% in Physics, Chemistry and Biology in your 12th. It is 50% for General Category, 45% for PWD and 40% for OBC,SC,ST. So if you have met that aggregate, you are eligible for NEET. Or else, you might have to appear for improvement exams.
