admission to Indian institute of management is based on score in CAT exam, however there is different cutoff is applied as section wise like quant, logical and reasoning. candidates is shortlisted for interview by iims based on the overall profile, academic score, cat score etc. I am taking you have completed b.com (//b.com) course from a recognized university and then you have applied for llb  course, since your score is better in b.com (//b.com) you should give b.com (//b.com) as your bachelors degree.
