I have 20 numbers on biology theory paper of 12th board and 49 out of 100. Am I eligible for neet and admission in any medical colleges. And my total number with practical are 170 out of 300. please explain me whole process in detail.

Your theory plus practical both marks are taken together for a particular subject. As of total you got 49/100 in biology by adding both practical and theory marks. Like that you should also get chem and physic Mark's. Then total of all three subject physic + chemistry+ biology. Then if you have scored more than 50% marks by adding all these you are eligible for NEET and taking admission in medical college.
As you have mentioned you got 170/300,if it is by adding p+c+b marks then you are totally eligibile for NEET as you have more than 50% aggregate marks in pcb subject. Individual marks are not taken in account.
