I have 2016 caste certificate(bc.b) will it eligible for ts emacet 2019 counselling procedure

HI,

VALIDITY period for the certificate is 3 Years from the date of issuing  if you made it up to DM (District Magistrate) level. Otherwise, it will have less validity period. In my opinion, it is better to have your  caste certificate from DM.
