You have not mentioned your category and state you belong to.

Whether you can get admission in Medical course depends on the category of the candidate,  domicile state of the candidate . Going by previous years cut off for general candidates it is difficult to get a government seat at score 213 through AIQ.

You cannot get admission to paramedical courses through NEET exam. NEET UG is held for admission into Mbbs and BDS .
