Congratulations on your JEE ADVANCED rank. Sorry to say but with this rank you can not get into any IIT under General category. As maximum rank through which a candidate get lower branch in lower IIT is around 10000, hence it would be impossible for you to get into IIT.

For getting into IITs, as per cutoff trends, i cannot see chances with your rank. Even a rank of 15000 is not sufficient to say whether you will get into IIT or not. So with your rank its hard to say. You can use JEE advanced college predictor tool to know everything clearly.

To get chance in IITs your rank must be less than 13000. As your rank is quite low you have no chance to get into IITs. You may opt for NITs with JEE Main rank.
