i have 255 marks sc category in NEET PG 2021 can i get any clinical branch in govt. institute and what to do for that ?

Form 9k–11k-Govt - Surgery, Ophthal, ENT, Psychiatry, and Anaesthesia departments.
Private - departments excluding Radio and Derma in Karnataka
From 11k– 14k - Govt college- ENT, Psychiatry, Ophthal, Anaesthesia, Pathology
Private - All branches excluding Radio and Derma in Karnataka.
15k – 20k - Govt - Clinical department (rely on counselling rounds)
