Hey aspirant, first of all I would like to encourage you for your marks as I am sure you gave your very best. The neet cut off list is decided on the basis of largest score all over India. Also the paper level decides the score of the students. For Bams course the cut off list will be disclosed after mbbs and bds rounds. You have to appear for counselling process.

I suggest you to drop a year and try hard luck next time because general category requires highest of the marks and this marks will give you private colleges and donations.
