I have 3 years gap due to doing some other course , Is there any problem at the time admission or counselling

Absolutely not. Gap in education won't matter at the time of admission. All that would matter will be your marks in the required examination. Admission process will only verify your marksheets and not the gap in your education. You can chill out.
