I have 302 marks for Keam with Pcm of 89% from cbse..I also belong to SC community,can I get into govt engineering college,Barton hill, Trivandrum

You have a very good percentage of marks and you will be getting into that college but you may not able to get into your mentioned course since if the students with more cutoff marks with same community might be applying to that college. According to me you have chances of getting into that college.
