Asper your score and previous year cutoff, the colleges you get in 3rd or 4th round of counselling are:-
NIT Patna - Water Resources Engineering Dual Degree, Transportation Engineering Dual Degree
PEC Chandigarh - Environmental Engineering, Transportation Engineering, Structural Engineering
These are the two colleges you will get as per your score
